Description

You will lead financial management for operations, manufacturing, and supply chain at Astranis, a fast-scaling aerospace company. You'll own COGS forecasting, capital project tracking, and partner with operations leadership to drive cost initiatives, while building and leading a high-performing finance team.

Requirements

• 10+ years finance/accounting experience with 5+ years in operations finance or cost accounting leadership
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or business administration
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing cost structures, inventory, and capital accounting
• Proven track record leading finance teams and partnering with operations leadership
• ERP/financial system expertise

Responsibilities

• Lead financial management for operations, supply chain, and manufacturing
• Own COGS forecasting and capital project tracking
• Partner with operations leaders on budgets, forecasts, and BOM cost initiatives
• Build and lead a high-performing operations finance team
• Design scalable financial processes and controls for manufacturing and supply chain
• Provide leadership with insights on cost trends, risks, and savings opportunities
