💼 About This Role

You'll provide hands-on personal care assistance to seniors at our day center, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team. Your work ensures participants receive dignified, compassionate support with daily activities. This role offers a vibrant, team-oriented environment unlike traditional assisted living.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide hands-on personal care assistance with ADLs to participants
• Measure and document participants' vital signs
• Act as a medical escort for participants
• Oversee day center floor to assure participant safety
• Assist with meal service and feeding

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of experience providing personal care to seniors
• CA Food Handlers Certification within 30 days of hire
• CPR and First Aid certification within 180 days of hire

• Certification of Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in California
