You'll lead quality operations for the production of advanced satellite systems at AST SpaceMobile, working a 4x10 night shift (Mon-Thurs). Your core impact is ensuring product integrity across manufacturing phases while driving compliance and continuous improvement.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Supervise inspections of incoming materials, in-process assemblies, and finished products
• Ensure compliance with engineering specifications and quality standards
• Conduct employee training and process audits
• Partner with manufacturing and engineering to resolve quality issues

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum 3 years experience supervising teams of 10 or more
• Experience in quality operations within manufacturing or aerospace

✨ Nice to Have

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field
• Experience with Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing
• Familiarity with quality management systems and ERP/MRP systems
