Description

Over 18 months, you will rotate through finance teams including Corporate Accounting, Financial Planning, and Hedge Fund Accounting. You'll own complex processes like forecasting, budgeting, financial modeling, and regulatory reporting, and collaborate with senior leaders to drive improvements.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of professional experience in public accounting, asset management, corporate finance or related field
• Strong Excel skills
• Strategic approach to complex problems and financial modeling
• Comfort working with senior management and guiding projects
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with intellectual curiosity

Responsibilities

• Own forecasting, budgeting, financial statement preparation, system implementations, financial modeling, regulatory reporting, and bonus calculations
• Partner with cross-functional teams to implement new techniques and lead process improvements
• Present analytical findings to guide action plans
• Collaborate on month-end close, risk reporting, and portfolio team compensation
• Gain exposure to multiple areas of the firm through direct learning from senior team members
