You'll advise on employment legal matters for Waymo, supporting a broad range of issues including HR policies, wage and hour compliance, and internal investigations. Your work will help scale our autonomous driving technology while shaping transportation policy and ensuring regulatory compliance.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide advice on HR policies, recruiting, and personnel actions
• Handle employment disputes and agency claims
• Support internal investigations on code of conduct violations
• Advise on wage and hour compliance and contingent workforce needs

📋 Requirements

• Juris Doctor or equivalent degree
• 7+ years of employment law experience representing management
• Admitted to California Bar or authorized to practice in CA
• Working knowledge of federal and California employment laws

• In-house experience at a tech company
• Experience advising on international employment laws
