Description

You will build and lead a high-performing sales team in the Chicago territory while also generating personal sales. This player/coach role involves field sales, team development, and strategy execution to expand market presence.

Requirements

  • At least 3+ years of residential roofing experience (shingle, tile, metal)
  • 2+ years of leadership experience, with a track record of building and managing successful teams (outside of roofing industry considered)
  • Proven success in both retail and insurance residential roofing sales, along with lead generation via networking, door knocking, and referrals
  • Winning attitude and strong work ethic

Responsibilities

  • Lead from the front in the field (D2D, networking, referrals)
  • Manage, build and train a sales team to hit and exceed goals
  • Develop and execute strategies to expand market presence, leveraging both retail and insurance-focused sales approaches
  • Personally generate sales while guiding your team to reach and exceed targets
  • Work closely with company leaders, recruiters, and back-office staff to ensure a seamless onboarding process and ongoing support for your team
  • Maintain high standards for client satisfaction by delivering excellent service and quality roofing solutions
