You'll join the Growth team at Web Summit, working at the intersection of marketing, operations and data science. You'll identify inefficiencies in GTM and marketing ops workflows, build automations with Python and APIs, and own CRM quality in Salesforce. This role stands out for leveraging LLM-powered tools and being the connective tissue between technical engineers and marketing stakeholders.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Analyse and advise on data-driven improvements to GTM and marketing ops workflows
• Build and automate using Python, APIs, and automation tools like Zapier
• Own CRM quality and manage data integrity in Salesforce
• Bridge communication between technical engineers and non-technical stakeholders

📋 Requirements

• Python proficiency for data manipulation and automation
• Strong SQL skills for querying relational databases
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce or equivalent CRM
• Comfortable working with REST APIs

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with automation platforms like Matomo, Zapier, Pipedream
• Exposure to LLMs and AI tooling
• 2+ years in Business Analyst or Marketing Operations role
