You'll lead electrical architecture and board-level design for automotive LiDAR products from concept through production. You'll own critical design decisions and drive cross-functional technical integration across teams. This role combines deep technical leadership with hands-on lab work and mentorship.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead electrical architecture and circuit board design for automotive LiDAR systems.
• Own system-level design decisions including partitioning, power, and interfaces.
• Drive hardware bring-up, debugging, and validation at board and system level.
• Conduct design reviews and ensure DFM, DFT, and DFR best practices.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 12+ years of experience in board-level electrical hardware development.
• Expert-level schematic capture and PCB development experience.
• Advanced hands-on lab debugging and root cause analysis skills.

✨ Nice to Have

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Experience with SI/PI analysis tools such as HyperLynx.
• Proficiency in Altium Designer for schematic capture and PCB layout.
