Requirements

• Valid Home Health Aide (HHA) certification or willingness to obtain
• Reliable transportation to serve clients in Cambria county
• Ability to follow a written care plan
• Compassionate and patient demeanor
• Prior experience in personal care preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care services following a written plan of care
• Support clients with activities of daily living
• Deliver companionship and ensure client well-being
• Maintain a safe and clean home environment
• Report changes in client condition to supervising nurse
