🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead day-to-day commercial management across assigned projects
• Drive negotiations with General Contractors and key suppliers
• Assess variations, claims, and payment applications
• Identify and manage commercial risks and opportunities

📋 Requirements

• Proven experience in commercial management within complex construction or engineering
• Strong cost reporting and forecasting capability
• Negotiation experience with General Contractors and major vendors
• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or related discipline
