💼 About This Role

You'll own the full IT function as General Medicine's first IT hire, building systems and processes from scratch. Your core impact will be scaling our infrastructure across SaaS management, security operations, and HIPAA compliance. You'll set up end-to-end device lifecycle and vendor management.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Administer Rippling, Google Workspace, and SSO
• Manage device lifecycle via Rippling Inventory
• Enforce IT policy and access controls
• Lead security operations and phishing simulations

📋 Requirements

• 7–10 years of IT experience
• Startup experience building IT infrastructure
• Healthcare and HIPAA experience
• Experience supporting hybrid and remote teams

✨ Nice to Have

• Security experience (endpoint protection, risk assessments)
• Marketplace or healthtech experience
• MDM, IAM, and SaaS management expertise
