💼 About This Role

You'll maintain vehicle cleanliness and appearance at our Market Hubs, ensuring timely deliveries and customer satisfaction. Coordinate with team members to uphold Carvana's quality standards. This entry-level role offers performance-based raises every 90 days.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Inspect vehicles for mechanical, drivability or cosmetic concerns
• Wash and vacuum all inventory on a regular basis
• Complete multi-point inspection on arriving inventory
• Coordinate with team members and management across business lines

📋 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record for 3 years
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently
• Must be at least 18 years old
