💼 About This Role

You'll contribute to Hot Topic's success by supporting store leadership in delivering an amazing shopping experience for music and pop culture fans. You'll use your fandom knowledge to train new recruits and assist with daily operations, covering the sales floor and opening or closing the store as needed. This role offers a chance to combine your pop culture passion with retail leadership in a dynamic environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage customer return.
• Cover sales floor and provide leadership support when manager is away.
• Open and close the store as needed.
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales using BOPIS and curbside pickup.

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience.
• Passion for music and pop culture.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
