💼 About This Role

You'll work at the operational heart of Lendable's Engineering organization, reporting directly to the CTO. You'll create leverage for senior Technology leadership by improving analysis quality and initiative visibility. This role offers direct exposure to how a profitable, high-growth fintech operates at the top.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own first-draft executive materials for the CTO and senior stakeholders.
• Build and maintain initiative trackers across major Technology workstreams.
• Conduct data-driven analysis of organisational, operational, and cost challenges.
• Coordinate Engineering Quarterly Planning and leadership agenda.

📋 Requirements

• Rigorous data analytics and spreadsheet modelling skills.
• Excellent written communication for executive-ready materials.
• Strong interpersonal skills to engage senior leaders effectively.
• Advanced AI tool adoption to improve pace and efficiency.
