🎯 What You'll Do

• Ensure a safe work environment and engage team in safety observations
• Maximize shift production capacity through resource allocation
• Determine and adhere to quality standards, ensure root cause correction
• Manage data integrity in operating systems (Pack Manager, Kronos, etc.)

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of practical production experience leading teams
• Experience in a regulatory cGMP environment
• Experience with lean manufacturing and continuous process improvement

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience leading hourly production associates
• Kronos and Pack Manager system experience
