You'll create and maintain production schedules to meet customer due dates at Electro-Matic, an automation component supplier. You'll coordinate with purchasing and engineering to resolve scheduling conflicts and expedite critical orders. This role offers a chance to improve throughput and reduce lead times through continuous improvement initiatives.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Create and maintain short- and mid-range production schedules.
• Run MRP/ERP planning processes and convert demand into orders.
• Release, prioritize, and sequence shop orders.
• Monitor production progress and expedite critical orders.

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of production or assembly experience.
• Ability to sit at desk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds.

• Experience with ERP systems.
• Familiarity with Smartsheet.
• Continuous improvement experience.
