You will provide exceptional support to architecture and engineering firms using Monograph's platform. As the primary support contact, you'll resolve tickets via Intercom, troubleshoot issues, and improve processes to help redefine how architects manage their business.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of Customer Support experience at a startup or SaaS company
  • Strong urgency and accountability
  • Exceptional troubleshooting skills
  • Clear and professional communication
  • Experience with Intercom

Responsibilities

  • Resolve support tickets via Intercom with timely, accurate responses
  • Troubleshoot issues and escalate to Engineering with clear summaries
  • Conduct customer calls for complex issue resolution
  • Identify inefficiencies and implement scalable improvements
  • Develop deep product knowledge and advocate for customer needs
