You'll drive revenue growth by building relationships with VP- and C-level stakeholders and collaborate closely with marketing, insights, and product. This role stands out for its direct impact on product direction and customer success in a fast-paced startup environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Land and expand Compa's presence in enterprise organizations
  • Drive strategic deals using anchor tenant strategy
  • Own full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
  • Collaborate with marketing, insights, and product teams

📋 Requirements

  • 5+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience
  • Experience selling into HR, People, or Compensation teams
  • Proven ability to manage long sales cycles with VP/C-level stakeholders
  • Creative prospecting across email, events, partnerships

✨ Nice to Have

  • Background in Compensation or Total Rewards functions
  • Exposure to agentic AI technologies and enterprise AI adoption
  • Experience in early-stage startup GTM strategy
