🎯 What You'll Do
- Land and expand Compa's presence in enterprise organizations
- Drive strategic deals using anchor tenant strategy
- Own full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Collaborate with marketing, insights, and product teams
📋 Requirements
- 5+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience
- Experience selling into HR, People, or Compensation teams
- Proven ability to manage long sales cycles with VP/C-level stakeholders
- Creative prospecting across email, events, partnerships

- Background in Compensation or Total Rewards functions
- Exposure to agentic AI technologies and enterprise AI adoption
- Experience in early-stage startup GTM strategy
