You will lead and grow a team of Enterprise Architects at Celonis, acting as an executive sponsor to customer C-level executives and driving strategic innovation using AI and data. Your success is measured by your team's impact on customer acquisition, retention, and upselling.

Requirements

• 20+ years of experience managing Enterprise Architects at top consulting firm or software vendor
• Proven ability to connect technical solutions to business value and customer objectives
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with C-level executives
• Deep expertise in Capability Mapping, Enterprise Modernization, and Agentic AI
• Strong background in Data Architecture, SQL, Python, cloud-native architectures, and SaaS solutions

Responsibilities

• Hire, mentor, and manage a team of Enterprise Architects for large client accounts
• Act as executive sponsor in pre- and post-Sales phases, presenting to C-level executives
• Guide team to design architectures for enterprise modernization using emergent technologies like Agentic AI
• Serve as leadership bridge between Celonis product engineering and client teams
• Oversee assessment of client IT landscape maturity and coach account teams on architecture
