🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead complex cross-functional transformation initiatives end-to-end.
• Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methods.
• Design and implement standardized workflows, governance, and decision frameworks.
• Build and execute change strategies including stakeholder alignment and adoption plans.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years in transformation, continuous improvement, or consulting.
• 3+ years leading complex cross-functional initiatives from discovery through sustainment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or equivalent.
• Strong expertise in Lean/Six Sigma methodologies and operating model design.
