You'll lead wireless tower construction crews, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity on projects up to 500 feet. You'll oversee installation, testing, and maintenance of antennas and infrastructure while mentoring technicians.

• Supervise daily tower crew activities ensuring safety and quality
• Climb and work on towers up to 500 feet as needed
• Lead installation and testing of antennas, cables, and connectors
• Manage job site logistics, materials, and documentation

📋 Requirements

• 5 years of wireless tower construction experience
• 2 years in a supervisory role
• Competent Climber/Rescue certification
• OSHA 30 Construction Training Card
