Description

You will scale and modernize enterprise case management and workflow systems for high-volume, risk-sensitive Operations functions like Fraud and Disputes. This role involves configuring SaaS platforms, designing scalable workflows, and operationalizing AI-enabled capabilities while partnering with Product, Engineering, and vendors.

Requirements

• 10+ years experience in enterprise applications, workflow configuration, or operations technology
• Strong hands-on experience configuring SaaS or case management platforms in high-volume environments
• Experience implementing automation or AI-assisted capabilities within enterprise systems
• Functional understanding of APIs, integrations, and workflow orchestration
• Experience in regulated, risk-sensitive environments (e.g., fintech, financial services) preferred

Responsibilities

• Design and configure scalable workflows, queues, routing logic, and automation triggers on enterprise platforms
• Modernize legacy processes and reduce technical debt across the Operations ecosystem
• Configure and deploy AI-powered capabilities like case summarization and intelligent routing
• Partner with Engineering to support system integrations and API connections
• Establish configuration governance, access controls, and monitor system health metrics
