💼 About This Role

You'll provide first and second-tier technical support for desktop, classroom tech, and network issues on campus. You'll resolve hardware/software problems and ensure smooth IT operations for faculty, staff, and students. This role offers a chance to work in a collaborative, mission-driven environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Troubleshoot and repair desktop/laptop computers and peripherals
• Install, configure, and test IT equipment including AV systems
• Manage user accounts, network connectivity, and software deployments
• Log and update service requests in the IT ticketing system

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year experience supporting desktop hardware and software
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google apps
• Ability to troubleshoot network connectivity and wireless access

• Professional IT certifications like CompTIA A+, Network+
• Associate's or bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
• 2+ years desktop experience with Mac OS
