Description

You will own the strategy, processes, and execution for manufacturing and testing integrated electromechanical systems, driving scalability from NPI to high-volume production. You will develop tooling and workflows, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and solve technical challenges to enable renewable ocean energy deployment.

Requirements

• 6+ years in manufacturing with experience supporting integrated electromechanical subsystems
• Proven track record of delivering results and managing projects within budget
• Proficiency in DFM, lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and DOE
• Experience developing acceptance and test procedures and workflow optimization
• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve manufacturing and test processes for electromechanical assemblies and pressure vessels
• Develop/procure tooling, rigging, and lift fixtures for ergonomics, safety, and quality
• Support quality control, process controls, and SOP development to improve yield
• Collaborate with R&D and Design Engineering on design for manufacturability and NPI
• Define manufacturing strategy, facility planning, and equipment selection for in-house production
