You will lead quality throughout the product lifecycle, from discovery to delivery, by shaping product decisions, defining test strategies, and partnering with product and engineering leadership to ensure quality is a proactive driver of business value in enterprise digital solutions.

Requirements

• Previous experience leading large scale teams
• Experience building scalable QA practices end to end
• Background in business analysis to translate enterprise objectives into quality frameworks
• Ability to identify gaps, edge cases, and integration risks during discovery
• Proficient in defining testable acceptance criteria and risk-based testing strategies

Responsibilities

• Lead quality in product discovery and requirement refinement
• Define and lead product testing strategy across UI, API, integration, and regression
• Own QA deliverables including test plans, coverage reports, and risk assessments
• Partner with Product and Engineering Leadership to influence architectural decisions
• Provide structured handoff to QA execution teams before development begins
