You'll lead the analytics function, managing a team and setting BI direction for a high-growth SaaS marketplace. You'll drive programmes that move metrics across sales, retention, growth, and payments, and champion AI tooling to scale capabilities. This role sits at the heart of commercial decision-making, influencing Product, Sales, and Finance.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage a team of analysts and their workflows
• Set BI direction and analytical best practices
• Run analytics programmes across sales, retention, growth, and payments
• Influence cross-functional teams to drive actionable insights

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years in marketplace, payments, or vertical SaaS
• Experience coaching an analytics/data team
• Deep understanding of SaaS/marketplace commercial metrics
• Track record of running complex change programmes across teams

✨ Nice to Have

• Product analytics and experimentation experience with Amplitude
• Knowledge of MarTech setups
• Payments/Fintech exposure
