Requirements

• Familiarity with MS Office, including Excel
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
• Effective verbal communication with customers and staff
• Basic math skills for billing and deposits
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and offer beverages
• Check patients in/out and manage appointment schedule
• Conduct confirmation calls and prepare patient charts
• Process payments and print daily close-out reports
