You'll design and execute modeling and simulation campaigns to inform defense and national security decisions. Your core impact will be delivering rigorous, physics-based analysis that directly shapes sensor performance, mission planning, and weapon effectiveness. This is a foundational hire where you'll shape how a well-funded startup approaches mission analysis from day one.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Plan and execute modeling and simulation studies aligned to program objectives
• Develop and configure mission-level simulations using AFSIM, ESAMS, Brawler, or STK
• Build and refine models of sensors, communications, and platforms within simulation frameworks
• Apply rigorous statistical methods to quantify system effectiveness and communicate insights

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years supporting defense, intelligence, or advanced technology programs
• Extensive experience with combat simulations like AFSIM, ESAMS, Brawler, or STK
• Strong proficiency in Python and MATLAB with scientific computing libraries
• Eligibility to obtain TS/SCI clearance
