Description

You will manage integration build flow and test operations for optical assemblies used in Starlink satellites, working with engineers and technicians to optimize manufacturing processes and resolve non-conformances. This role requires engineering intuition, critical thinking, and comfort with ambiguity to tackle challenges across diverse products and subassemblies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or other engineering discipline
• 1+ years of professional mechanical design or hands-on manufacturing experience
• Experience with integration and testing of optical, mechanical, or other systems
• Documentation and configuration management experience
• Willingness to work extended hours and weekends as needed
