Description
As a Market Closer, you will leverage your existing relationships with Skilled Nursing Facilities in the Pittsburgh area to sign and onboard new accounts. You'll drive the full sales cycle, from cold outreach to contract execution, and work closely with physicians to ensure a seamless transition to active service. This role is critical to our aggressive expansion strategy.
Requirements
- 2-10 years of sales experience with documented history closing contracts in long-term care or wound care
- Deep understanding of Skilled Nursing Facilities operations and decision-making hierarchies
- Ability to interpret financial statements and build business case for services
- Willingness to travel 4-5 days a week (road warrior schedule)
- Bachelor's Degree required
Responsibilities
- Drive full sales cycle for SNF account acquisition from cold outreach to contract execution
- Analyze new regions for business viability and prioritize high-value targets
- Demonstrate ROI of physician-led wound care model to C-Suite and Administrators
- Build high-level trust with corporate SNF owners and regional directors
- Work alongside physicians to ensure seamless transition from signed contract to active service
