You'll support the Accounting team in monthly close, bank reconciliations, and corporate credit card work. You'll help gather information for the annual financial statement audit with KPMG and assist in setting up a new billing platform, Zone Billing. This internship offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced payments technology company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Assist in month-end close, focusing on bank reconciliations and corporate credit card work
• Gather information for annual financial statement audit with KPMG
• Invoice customers from sales order queue for credit card device purchases
• Support setup of new billing platform Zone Billing to optimize processes

📋 Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting or related field
• Proactive problem-solver with attention to detail
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work onsite in Philadelphia

• Experience with Netsuite or similar ERP
• Interest in payments technology or fintech
• Prior internship or work experience in accounting
