Description

You will own the end-to-end operational lifecycle of special project deployments, from intake through closeout, serving as the connective tissue between teams. Your role goes beyond coordination to actively improve and scale the systems that make deployments faster, more predictable, and rollout-ready. You will work closely with Customer Experience, Deployment Operations, Engineering, and external partners to ensure processes reflect how work actually gets done.

Requirements

• Experience owning program or project lifecycle from intake to closeout
• Ability to define milestones, dependencies, and readiness criteria
• Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, Google Sheets)
• Strong cross-functional coordination skills
• Experience building scalable processes and routines

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end operational lifecycle of special project deployments: intake → readiness → execution → closeout
• Define milestones, dependencies, readiness criteria, and ownership aligned to project objectives
• Ensure pilots meet required readiness gates; surface risks early with clear options and recommendations
• Configure and improve tools like Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, and Google Sheets to reduce friction
• Build and maintain scalable routines, templates, and playbooks for consistent deployments
