💼 About This Role

You'll own onboarding projects for leading companies on Ledgy's equity management platform, driving automation with AI to reduce data migration time from weeks to hours. This role places you at the center of Ledgy's GTM motion during a period of hyper growth.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage customer onboardings from kick-off to go live
• Conduct migration projects from spreadsheets or competitor platforms
• Lead kick-off calls and build bespoke onboarding plans
• Deliver handovers to Strategic CSMs for expansion

📋 Requirements

• 2-5 years in startup ops, implementation, or customer success
• Data literate with comfort in spreadsheets and sensitive data
• Confidence leading calls with C-suite stakeholders
• Project management experience and organizational skills

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with equity management or cap table migrations
• Familiarity with AI tools like Claude Cowork
• Builder mentality with process improvement drive
