Description

As the Engineering Lead for easyplant, you will own the tech evolution of our smart plant ecosystem. You'll build easyplant 2.0, a connected IoT product with embedded sensors, and lead the rebuild of mobile experiences. You'll work across mobile, backend, embedded systems, and fulfillment tools to create delightful products at scale.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a hands-on engineering leader
• Strong technical instincts and product intuition
• Experience building and scaling complex systems
• Ability to collaborate across disciplines including product, operations, design, marketing, and data
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment

Responsibilities

• Lead the engineering team and shape the technical direction of easyplant
• Launch easyplant 2.0, a fully electronic, sensor-powered self-watering system
• Rebuild the mobile experience for easyplant
• Architect internal tools for global fulfillment
• Enable a network of manufacturing sites with no on-site developers
