You'll own the systems that power AI agent orchestration—building the backbone of a platform where marketers configure agents and trigger complex workflows. You'll report directly to the CEO and ship daily with a small team. This is a rare chance to shape engineering culture from the ground up.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own full-stack features end-to-end from DB models to frontend integration.
• Design backend systems for agent orchestration and long-running workflows.
• Build and evolve stable, well-typed REST APIs.
• Integrate and debug LLM-powered workflows with reliability focus.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering with end-to-end ownership.
• Strong hands-on experience with Python and/or Node.js backend and React + TypeScript frontend.
• Experience designing relational data models in PostgreSQL.
• Proven experience integrating LLMs or agentic systems into production.
