You'll lead IT projects for a large federal entity, focusing on Agile transformation and delivery. Your core impact will be managing scope, schedule, risks, and team performance to ensure on-time, on-budget results. This role offers the chance to drive Agile transformation in a government contracting environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define project scope and schedule with regular value delivery.
• Lead project status meetings and distribute progress reports.
• Manage risks, issues, and deviations from plans.
• Deliver Agile transformation plan from current to desired state.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• At least 5 years of IT project management experience.
• Leadership role in at least 3 successful projects delivered on time and budget.
• Experience managing an Agile Scrum team with developers and testers.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in health and human services domains.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and cloud/on-premise development.
• Client-facing communication experience.
