• Support store manager in achieving sales plan and comp goals
• Recruit, develop, and retain a collaborative team
• Create buzz and customer engagement through promotions and social media
• Manage operational tasks like payroll, scheduling, and loss prevention

📋 Requirements

• At least 1-2 years of retail store management experience
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Age 18 or older
• Ability to merchandise and lift up to 50 pounds
