You'll join Fresha's Professional Services team to guide beauty and wellness partners through an efficient onboarding journey. You'll ensure quality data migration and platform adoption while managing project timelines and stakeholder expectations. This role offers the chance to work autonomously in a fast-paced global tech company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Confidently communicate onboarding process and set project plan expectations.
• Guide and train partners on Fresha platform to encourage adoption.
• Manipulate and clean data sheets using CSV migration tools.
• Track project timelines and task progression in Hubspot.

📋 Requirements

• Exceptionally high organizational and time management skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
• Proficient in Excel and data cleaning
• Project coordination experience or certification highly desired
