You'll lead the Measurement & Audiences portfolio for an AI-powered media intelligence company, defining the vision, roadmap, and business outcomes for products that help advertisers plan, measure, and optimize campaigns. You'll drive cross-functional collaboration with Data Science, Engineering, and Sales to deliver trusted measurement solutions that differentiate the platform and scale profitably. This role offers the chance to own a full P&L and shape the future of advertising measurement and audience analytics.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Own product vision, roadmap, and P&L for Measurement & Audiences portfolio
  • Lead and develop a team of Product Owners/Managers across multiple product areas
  • Collaborate with Data Science, Engineering, Sales, and Business Development
  • Identify and evaluate strategic product opportunities through customer insights and market research

📋 Requirements

  • 12+ years of product management experience
  • 5+ years leading product teams in ad tech, measurement, analytics, or audience platforms
  • Deep expertise in digital advertising measurement (reach/frequency, attribution, incrementality, brand lift)
  • Proven track record with P&L accountability for products

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience with integrations to major ad platforms (Google, Meta, Amazon, The Trade Desk)
  • Track record of translating strategic insights into scaled product features
  • Familiarity with privacy-preserving measurement techniques (clean rooms, aggregated reporting)
