Description

Lead on-site execution of data center deployments for GPU-based compute clusters, storage, and high-speed networking. You'll coordinate contractors and internal teams, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high-quality, on-time delivery while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Ownership-driven leader with ability to anticipate issues and drive decisions on-site
• Hands-on experience with data center infrastructure deployments, ideally in HPC or AI environments
• Strong understanding of data center operations including racking, cabling, power, and cooling
• Technical knowledge of GPU servers, compute nodes, storage, and high-speed networking technologies
• Excellent problem-solving skills in time-critical environments

Responsibilities

• Technically lead on-site deployment of GPU compute clusters, storage, and high-speed networking
• Support Project Managers in planning, coordinating, and tracking delivery activities
• Organize and supervise contractors, vendors, and internal teams
• Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical and operational issues
• Maintain project documentation including deployment plans, risk logs, and acceptance reports
