You'll run a franchise location of Decimal, an accounting firm network, taking ownership of client relationships and practice operations. You'll lead firm management, client delivery, and business development, transitioning to leadership as the team grows.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Set culture and oversee financial health of the franchise
• Lead Accounting Managers and conduct performance reviews
• Review and sign off on complex client engagements
• Build client relationships and win new business

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 7+ years of experience in accounting, advisory, or financial services
• CPA preferred
• Experience managing teams that include managers or senior staff
