You'll act as a trusted scientific advisor to biotech and pharma customers using Cradle's AI platform for protein optimization. You'll drive customer success by translating project goals into platform objectives and ensuring optimal protein designs.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Advise customers on protein optimization projects suited to Cradle's platform.
• Translate scientific goals into platform objectives for biotherapeutics.
• Ensure customer data quality and format for machine learning.
• Collaborate with engineering to ensure optimal protein designs.

📋 Requirements

• PhD in molecular biology, bioengineering, or related field.
• 5+ years in biopharma in a scientific role focusing on antibodies.
• Deep knowledge of the biopharmaceutical R&D process and methods.

• Experience with machine learning.
• Experience with non-antibody protein modalities (e.g., enzymes).
• Python and data science libraries (pandas, scikit, scipy).
