You'll own the end-to-end bid lifecycle for a defense AI company, crafting narratives that bring breakthrough capabilities to the warfighter. Your work directly enables the fielding of game-changing defense technology in a high-stakes environment. This role combines strategy, technology, and commercial delivery to win critical opportunities.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead proposal lifecycle from capture to submission
• Orchestrate cross-functional bid teams across concurrent pursuits
• Develop win themes and proposal narratives for defense evaluators
• Manage proposal compliance with FAR/DFARS and other frameworks

📋 Requirements

• Significant experience in bid and proposal management in defense/tech
• Proven track record winning complex government contracts
• Outstanding written communication for military evaluators
• Strong commercial acumen with pricing strategies

✨ Nice to Have

• APMP certification or Shipley experience
• Background in software/SaaS/AI proposals
• Familiarity with FAR/DFARS, DCAA audit requirements
