💼 About This Role

You'll own the vision, strategy, and profitable growth of Fictiv's casting business line, covering die, investment, and sand casting. You'll act as the most senior internal expert, defining pricing, go-to-market positioning, and manufacturing partner capabilities. This role combines deep hands-on casting expertise with entrepreneurial ownership of P&L.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and evolve product line strategy and pricing for die, investment, and sand casting
• Shape the casting capabilities roadmap: processes, alloys, tolerances, certifications
• Influence cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, engineering) to execute strategy
• Establish and track key metrics: growth, margin, conversion, delivery, customer satisfaction

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of hands-on metal casting experience (die, investment, or sand casting)
• 5+ years in a leadership role with P&L or business growth responsibility
• Deep expertise in casting processes (HPDC, investment, sand) and alloy selection
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Materials, Metallurgical, or Manufacturing Engineering

✨ Nice to Have

• Master's degree in engineering or operations management
• Familiarity with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, AS9100, NADCA, ASTM standards
• Experience in a multi-process, tooling-intensive manufacturing environment
