💼 About This Role

You'll join Palantir's US Government team to provide Tier 1 and 2 support for hardware and software, enabling productivity across the organization. You'll automate repetitive tasks and improve user experiences through OS optimization and streamlined processes. This role offers the chance to work with cutting-edge technologies in a mission-driven environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Onboard new users and provide end user support.
• Provide Tier 1 and 2 support for all technologies.
• Support day-to-day technical and logistical operations.
• Maintain how-to guides on internal Wiki.

📋 Requirements

• Active DoD Secret or higher Security Clearance.
• Able to lift 30 pounds and be on feet up to 8 hours per day.
• Meet DoD 8570 IAT Level I requirements.
• Hands-on experience with Windows user support.

• Additional Linux experience.
• Coding/scripting proficiency in at least one language.
