💼 About This Role

You'll support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets, recruiting, and development for a pop culture-driven retail brand. You'll drive sales and build customer relationships while helping eliminate hunger through donations. You'll merchandise the store and run reports to guide strategy.

• Support Store Manager in achieving sales plan and comp sales goals.
• Recruit, develop, and retain a collaborative team.
• Create buzz and customer engagement through promotions and social media.
• Manage shrink/loss prevention, payroll, and associate schedules.

📋 Requirements

• 1-2 years of retail store management experience
• Skills in communication, recruiting, and operations
• At least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
