Description
As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you'll own a portfolio of key EMEA merchants, helping them grow through consultative guidance and platform adoption. You'll drive renewals, advocate for merchant needs internally, and deliver business reviews to ensure long-term success.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years managing enterprise SaaS accounts in a fast-paced technology company
- Experience offering consultative, white-glove support to accounts
- Experience managing accounts within e-commerce
- Excellent relationship management, communication, and negotiating skills
- Proficiency with MS Excel and CSV
Responsibilities
- Develop relationships with key stakeholders and provide consultative strategy to aid merchant growth
- Own contract renewals and ensure merchants perceive platform value ahead of renewals
- Drive adoption of new Recharge features to innovate customer experiences
- Advise merchants on usage, best practices, and guide utilization of unused features
- Act as internal advocate for merchants by collaborating cross-functionally to voice critical business needs
