Description

As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you'll own a portfolio of key EMEA merchants, helping them grow through consultative guidance and platform adoption. You'll drive renewals, advocate for merchant needs internally, and deliver business reviews to ensure long-term success.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years managing enterprise SaaS accounts in a fast-paced technology company
  • Experience offering consultative, white-glove support to accounts
  • Experience managing accounts within e-commerce
  • Excellent relationship management, communication, and negotiating skills
  • Proficiency with MS Excel and CSV

Responsibilities

  • Develop relationships with key stakeholders and provide consultative strategy to aid merchant growth
  • Own contract renewals and ensure merchants perceive platform value ahead of renewals
  • Drive adoption of new Recharge features to innovate customer experiences
  • Advise merchants on usage, best practices, and guide utilization of unused features
  • Act as internal advocate for merchants by collaborating cross-functionally to voice critical business needs
