🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead infrastructure division and broader engineering team

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of high-scale distributed systems or platform infrastructure experience
• Experience leading infrastructure or adjacent teams at high scale
• Deep understanding of system interfaces, boundaries, and failure modes

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Sidekiq or similar job platforms
• Background in Ruby on Rails or Go
