🎯 What You'll Do

• Own technical onboarding from day one for named accounts
• Act as primary technical point for API integration
• Monitor ticketing system to proactively resolve issues
• Create documentation and guides for self-service

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in technical customer success or similar
• Fluency in English and French (C1 minimum)
• Proficiency in at least one programming language like Python or JavaScript
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs
