๐ผ About This Role
You'll lead Asana's APAC Customer Success organization, driving the shift to an AI-powered model. You'll define multi-year strategy, own regional P&L, and champion the Agentic Enterprise mindset with C-suite executives. This role is based in Sydney with a hybrid schedule.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Define and execute multi-year CS strategy for APAC.
- Own regional P&L for Customer Success, driving NRR and GRR.
- Champion Agentic Enterprise mindset with C-suite executives.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing CS team.
- Forge cross-functional partnerships with Sales, Marketing, Product.
๐ Requirements
- 5+ years of Customer Success or client-facing leadership in SaaS.
- Deep knowledge of APAC market landscape and cultures.
- Advanced understanding of Agentic AI and its business application.
- Proven track record managing large-scale regional organizations.
